These terms cover the use of brandlaunchstudio.online and the general basis on which Brand Launch Studio ("BLS") provides services. The specific scope, price, timeline and payment schedule for any project are set out in a written quote or agreement, which takes priority over these general terms.

Website use

The content on this website is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but prices and service details may change and are confirmed only in a written quote. Portfolio screenshots belong to us or our clients and may not be reused without permission.

Quotes and scope

• Published prices are starting points for a defined scope. Your written quote lists exactly what is included.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is done.
• Timelines depend on timely content, feedback and approvals from you.

Payments

Payment milestones, applicable taxes and accepted payment methods are stated in your quote. Third-party costs — such as domain names, paid plugins, payment-gateway fees, app-store accounts, mailbox subscriptions and advertising spend — are paid by you directly or billed at cost.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the custom design and code we create specifically for your project. Third-party components (open-source libraries, fonts, plugins, stock media and platforms) remain subject to their own licences. Domains and accounts are registered in your name wherever possible.

Hosting and care plans

Where a package includes first-year hosting, renewal after the first year is optional through a care plan or at your own hosting provider. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers, but we will help you resolve them.

Marketing services

SEO, advertising and social media results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engines, platforms and competition. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.
