This policy explains how Brand Launch Studio ("BLS", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit brandlaunchstudio.online or contact us. We are based in Delhi, India. Questions: info@brandlaunchstudio.online.

• Enquiry details you send us — through the contact form (name, phone number, optional email, business, services of interest, budget range and your message), by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Usage data — if analytics is enabled, Google Analytics 4 collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location (city/country), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It uses cookies or similar technologies.
• Technical logs — our hosting provider (Netlify) may process IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the website.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver services you ask for.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Where it is stored and who processes it

• Contact form submissions are stored in a database provided by Supabase.
• Website hosting is provided by Netlify.
• Analytics is provided by Google (Google Analytics 4), if enabled.
• WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own terms and privacy policy.

These providers may process data outside India. We use them only for the purposes above.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent where we rely on it, by emailing info@brandlaunchstudio.online. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the UK/EU GDPR.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
